Q and A

Do you only do the Bomboniere on offer?
Of course not, we can make up any Bomboniere. If you have an idea, picture etc, we do our best to create it for you. We will then just follow a different process. Please contact us if you have something in mind.
Can I customise your products?
We have made customisation possible with most of our products, and you will see that various options are available. If however you do not see something to suit your theme or desired decor, or you would like to add an extra element to enhance the product, you are more than welcome to contact us to discuss any additions or ideas you may have and we can formalise everything with a quote.
How long does it take to make your products?
The majority of our products are hand made to order, our Gree-ators put a lot of time and effort into every order. We would suggest placing your order as soon as possible to avoid any unecessary stresses to planning your event. We do aim to get all orders out within 3 weeks, however this is dependent on the quantity of orders and what we are making up for you. We do keep you updated on the status of your order so you know we are working on it. Please leave a comment, pop us an email or give us a call if an order is URGENT and we will do our best to accomodate you.
Can you offer what I need for my budget?
We try offer a variety of products to suit all budgets. If you do have a certain budget to work with and don't find anything, please contact us directly and we can see what adjustments we can make to our product offerings that can help your budget.
Do you make Lambathes?

We do make Lambathes. Please contact us with what you have in mind as everything is done according to your wants.

Where can I collect my order
Pickup will take place at the De Marionette shopping centre in Meyersdal. Collection times: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 10:00- 16:00, as arranged with us. Please let us know if you would require an alternative time and we will see what we can do for you.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us within one (1) day of placing your order if you would like to make any changes. We can then verify if it is still possible, as it would depend where in the process your order is and what the change would entail. An order can be cancelled if payment has not yet been made, as your order will not be processed. We unfortunately cannot cancel any customised orders/designs that are already in production.
Do I need to sign up for your services?

Yes please. On checkout of your purchase you will need to sign up with us. This helps us keep you informed on the status of your order as well as gives us the correct information for delivery and to contact you if need be.
